Todd Brenner is the founding attorney of Brenner Law Offices in Dublin, Ohio. He earned his Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor from Capital University and was admitted to the Ohio bar in 1991. Brenner focuses his practice on insurance coverage disputes, bad faith insurance claims, ERISA litigation, disability claims, and personal injury matters. He has litigated life, health, and disability insurance disputes in state and federal courts across Ohio and multiple other jurisdictions. Brenner is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Ohio, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth, Fourth, and Eighth Circuits, and is a member of the Columbus Bar Association.
