Adam L. Slone is a trial attorney and partner at Brian G. Miller Co., LLC, where he focuses his practice on representing individuals and families affected by life-altering personal injuries and wrongful death. His personal injury practice encompasses complex litigation involving traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord damage, and motor vehicle accidents, including claims involving rideshare services. In addition to his personal injury work, Mr. Slone represents groups of hourly workers in wage and hour litigation concerning unpaid wages and overtime violations, and serves as outside counsel in select plaintiff-side business litigation for the NHL’s Columbus Blue Jackets.
A native of the Huntington, West Virginia area, Mr. Slone earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Marshall University in 2011, where he competed on the NCAA Division I Men's Cross Country team. He earned his Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio, in May 2015. During law school, he served on the staff of the Capital University Law Review, participated as a Moot Court Fellow, and gained practical legal experience as a defense extern in the Court of Claims section of the Ohio Attorney General's Office.
Mr. Slone maintains active bar admissions in Ohio and West Virginia, along with multiple federal district courts, including the Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio, the Southern and Northern Districts of West Virginia, and the Eastern and Northern Districts of Texas. His professional recognitions include an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, selection to Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Stars, selection to The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40, and membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
