Sonal Bhatia is a partner at Keenan & Bhatia, LLC, focusing on employment cases and discrimination matters. She is Vice-President of the National Employment Lawyers Association of Kansas City. She studied creative writing and literature at Swarthmore College and earned her law degree from Washington University in St. Louis, where she co-created and taught a course on gender and the law and represented violence survivors in a clinic. She is fluent in multiple languages and is passionate about negotiation, trial work, and helping employees achieve their career dreams.
