Paula R. Bernstein Hough is a co-founder of BernsteinHough, P.C. in Richmond, Virginia, with over twenty years of experience in criminal defense, civil rights, and litigation. She graduated cum laude in 2002 from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, after earning her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida.
