Melissa Jackson Howell is the founder of Howell Law Group, PLLC, a labor and employment law boutique located in Hampton Roads, Virginia. She has practiced in the legal field since 1995, working with regional and national labor and employment firms before launching her own practice. Ms. Howell counsels clients on routine and complex employment matters, handles litigation in state and federal courts, and represents clients in alternative dispute resolution and administrative forums. She is admitted to practice in Virginia, before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the Fourth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
