Matt C. Pinsker is an experienced criminal defense and traffic attorney operating from Glen Allen, Virginia, serving the greater Richmond area. He earned his undergraduate degree from the College of William and Mary, his Juris Doctor from West Virginia University College of Law, and an LLM from George Washington University Law School. Mr. Pinsker previously served as a state prosecutor, a federal special prosecutor, a magistrate, and an Army Judge Advocate General (JAG) captain. Additionally, he has taught criminal justice at Virginia Commonwealth University and authored a widely used academic textbook on national security law.
