Contact Marybeth Mullaney

Marybeth Mullaney is a graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law and is licensed to practice in South Carolina and New York. She began her legal career as a public defender at the Legal Aid Society in New York City and later served as an Assistant Public Defender in Charleston County, where she received recognition as Statewide Public Defender of the Year. In 2011, she established her practice in Charleston, focusing on employment law, workplace discrimination, and advocating for victims of sexual assault and harassment.
