Lee D. Winston is a founding attorney at Winston Cooks, LLC, based in Birmingham, Alabama. He earned his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1991 and his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin in 1987. Admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 1999, Mr. Winston is admitted to practice before multiple federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Seventh and Eleventh Circuits.
