Karl R. Ulrich is a shareholder and founder of the Labor and Employment practice group at Sebaly Shillito + Dyer in Dayton, Ohio. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame Law School and his undergraduate degree from Lakeland University. Ulrich handles a wide range of labor and employment matters, including FLSA wage and hour compliance, labor union negotiations, collective bargaining, internal workplace investigations, and employment litigation in state and federal courts.
