Contact J. Allen Mastantuno

J. Allen Mastantuno is a criminal defense and trial attorney born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina. He graduated from the College of Charleston in 2003 and earned his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2007. Following law school, he clerked for the Federal Public Defender’s Office in Charleston and subsequently worked as a prosecutor for South Carolina’s Ninth Judicial Circuit, handling numerous DUI and serious felony cases before entering private practice in 2010.
