Eric Franklin holds a B.A. in English Humanities from Brigham Young University, a Master of Liberal Arts in Humanities from St. Edwards University, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law Houston. He is admitted to practice in all Texas courts, in Federal Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. His practice focuses heavily on insurance claims, consumer protection, and criminal law matters.
