Christian D. DeGuzman has been in private practice since 2009. He earned his B.S. from Old Dominion University in 2004 and his J.D. from Penn State University in 2008. Admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 2009, he is also a member of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. He focuses his practice on consumer bankruptcy, immigration law, civil litigation, Social Security Disability, and family law. Fluent in Spanish and Italian, he offers pro bono legal services to low-income individuals and families across the Tidewater area.
