Carla Stinnett is the founder of Stinnett Law, located in Sapulpa, Oklahoma, focusing exclusively on criminal defense in federal, state, and tribal courts. She earned her undergraduate degree from Oklahoma State University, a Master of Liberal Arts from Oklahoma City University, and her Juris Doctor in 2002, later earning an LLM in Indigenous People's Law in 2022. With extensive jury trial advocacy and litigation experience, she represents clients facing serious felony charges and serves as a member of the Tribal Issues Advocacy Group for the United States Sentencing Commission.
