Contact Bob Whitehurst

Bob Whitehurst is an attorney based in Tyler, Texas. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law in 1986 and holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University and a Master of Science from the University of Arkansas. He served in the United States Marine Corps, receiving an honorable discharge in 1973. Previously working as an assistant county attorney in Henderson County, he has practiced at Whitehurst Law Firm since 1988. He is admitted to the State Bar of Texas as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Northern Districts of Texas.
