Todd W. Newkirk is the founder of Newkirk Health Law, LLC in Columbus, Ohio. He focuses his practice on health care law, professional license defense, regulatory compliance, and administrative litigation. Before establishing his boutique practice, he served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Ohio, prosecuting disciplinary matters on behalf of state medical and healthcare licensing boards. He earned his Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and was admitted to the Ohio bar in 2003. He represents physicians, dentists, nurses, pharmacists, and healthcare entities.
