Thomas W. Traxler is a trial attorney with more than 45 years of experience focusing on complex commercial and general litigation, and currently dedicates his practice to mediation and arbitration. Born in Greenville, South Carolina in 1952, he earned his B.A. from Davidson College in 1974 and his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1979, where he served as Articles Editor for the South Carolina Law Review. He is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and has held numerous leadership positions within the legal community.
