Russell S. Palmer is an attorney with over thirty years of experience representing clients in Middlesex County, Hartford County, New London County, and throughout Connecticut. He earned his Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law in 1986 after receiving his Bachelor of Arts from Villanova University in 1983. Admitted to the Connecticut bar in 1986, he is also admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Court, and the Mohegan Tribe Gaming Disputes Court. He previously served as a member of the Board of Pardons and Paroles.
