Richard A. Boucher is a Dayton native with nearly four decades of experience in business law, family law, civil litigation, probate, and real estate. He graduated from Oakwood High School, earned his Bachelor of Science in Communication from Ohio University, and received his Juris Doctorate from Capital University in Columbus in 1985. He previously served as the youngest partner at Altick Corwin Co., L.P.A., has served as a Magistrate for the Kettering Municipal Court since 1991 overseeing the civil docket and trials, and owned Augusta Title Agency, Inc. for over 14 years. He and his wife reside in Kettering.
