Rebekah Guthrie-Frisby is the founder and owner of Guthrie Law Office in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Born in Tulsa and a dual citizen of the United States and the Cherokee Nation, she graduated from Oklahoma State University and earned her law degree, during which she participated in the Boesche Legal Clinic's Immigrant Rights Project. Admitted to the bar in 2008, she served as an inaugural legal fellow assisting victims of domestic violence and persecution. Ms. Guthrie-Frisby dedicates her boutique practice exclusively to immigration law.
