R. Shane Herzner is the founder and lead attorney of Shark Law in Cincinnati, Ohio. He obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2001. Prior to entering private defense practice in 2009, Herzner served as a Hamilton County Assistant Prosecutor for three years. His practice focuses primarily on DUI/OVI offenses, felony criminal defense, misdemeanor charges, and traffic violations in Hamilton County and southwest Ohio courts.
