Contact Philip Eric Oliphant

Philip Eric Oliphant operates out of the Memphis office of The Rolwes Employment Law Firm. He earned his B.A. from Maharishi International University, an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of California at Los Angeles, and his J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School in 2006. Prior to practicing law, he worked as a corporate banker and database developer in New York. Since 2019, his practice has focused exclusively on employment law matters, including wage and hour issues, family and medical leave, and wrongful discrimination. He is admitted to practice in Tennessee and multiple federal courts.
