Philip Berlinsky is the founding attorney of Philip Berlinsky Law, born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina. He graduated from The Citadel and earned his law degree from Mercer Law School. Admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 1989, Mr. Berlinsky has over 28 years of experience as an attorney in South Carolina. He has served as a former chairman for the Insurance Claims Committee and is a member of the American Bar Association, South Carolina Bar Association, and South Carolina Association of Justice.
