Paul L. Miller earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Akron School of Law in 1991 after completing an MBA and an undergraduate degree in accounting at Bowling Green State University. He was admitted to the Ohio bar in 1991 and previously worked as a certified public accountant and corporate tax director. Miller provides counsel to business owners across Summit County regarding business organization formation, limited liability companies, entity continuation planning, and commercial real estate transactions. He also advises clients on taxation and estate planning.
