Niko G. Marneris is a co-founder of Marneris Law, P.C. in Chicago, Illinois. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2003 and his Juris Doctor from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2006, being admitted to the Illinois State Bar the same year. He handles residential purchase and sale transactions, contract negotiations, homeowners association due diligence, closings, and real estate fundamentals including foreclosures and short sales.
