Contact Nathan Fort

Nathan Fort is the founder and managing member of Fort Law PLLC in Louisville, Kentucky. He advises entrepreneurs, startups, and established companies on business formation, venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate transactions. In addition to his legal practice, he co-founded a business incubator and serves as an angel investor and board chairman. Mr. Fort earned his Juris Doctor with distinction from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law and is admitted to practice in Kentucky.
