Michael J. Powell is the founder and managing member of Powell IP Law, located in Atlanta, Georgia. He has more than three decades of experience specializing in intellectual property mediation, co-counseling, and complex litigation resolution. Mr. Powell earned his Bachelor of Science in Theoretical Physics from Loyola University and his Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law. He is a registered mediator with the Georgia Commission on Dispute Resolution and the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and he maintains numerous court admissions across the country.
