Michael J. Merrick is the founding member of Merrick Law Firm LLC and has 30 years of employment law experience. After earning his J.D. cum laude from Creighton University School of Law in 1992, he served a two-year term as a federal judicial law clerk and practiced with a Chicago firm before establishing his own practice exclusively representing employees. He handles counseling, negotiations, litigation, trials, and appeals in administrative agencies and state and federal courts. Mr. Merrick is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association and multiple bar associations.
