Contact Melissa R. Carranza

Melissa R. Carranza is the founder of RGV Law Center in Edinburg, Texas. Born in Michigan and raised in Edinburg, she earned her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Texas-Pan American in 2004 and her J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2007. Licensed to practice law in Texas since November 2007, she is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Hidalgo County Bar, and the Women’s Bar Section, where she also served as a former co-chair. Her practice focuses on personal injury, family law, and business law, assisting the business community with starting entities and negotiating contracts.
