Contact Mary G. Commander

Mary G. Commander was born in Norfolk, Virginia, and graduated magna cum laude from Old Dominion University before earning her Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Richmond School of Law in 1981. She served a judicial clerkship with the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Since 1982, she has practiced law in Norfolk and surrounding areas, serving as an administrative hearing officer and a substitute judge in district courts. She is certified as a mediator and guardian ad litem.
