Mary Carol Ladd graduated from Vanderbilt Law School in the top 10% of her class and served as a federal judge's law clerk in Mobile, Alabama. Before joining The Ladd Firm, she spent ten years working on litigation and appeals for law firms in Birmingham and Mobile. Today, she practices estate planning and elder law, drafting will-based and trust-based plans while counseling families managing long-term care needs for elderly relatives.
