M. Catherine Healy focuses her practice exclusively on U.S. immigration and nationality law. She provides immigration counseling to families and businesses across various industries, including engineering, manufacturing, hospitals, and universities. Her practice encompasses family-based immigration, U.S. citizenship matters, I-601A waivers, consular processing, and employment-based visas such as O-1, H-1B, TN, L-1A, and National Interest Waivers. She earned her Juris Doctor cum laude from New England School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from Tufts University. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and is admitted to the Connecticut State Bar, Massachusetts State Bar, and the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut.
