Contact Kevin Hackman

Kevin Hackman is a lifelong Rhode Island resident licensed in Rhode Island and Mississippi. Engaged in the practice of law since 1976, the majority of his practice involves elder law matters, including Medicaid and estate planning, probate administration, guardianships, special needs trusts, fiduciary services, and real estate. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Rhode Island Bar Association’s Probate and Trust Committee. He is also accredited by the Veterans Administration to counsel clients regarding compensation and pension benefits.
