Julie L. Elliott has practiced family law in Colonial Heights, Chesterfield, and surrounding areas since 1996. She received both her undergraduate and law degrees from the College of William and Mary. A former president of the Colonial Heights Bar Association, she owns the Elliott Law Firm, which was founded by her father in 1969.
