Throughout his legal career, Julian has assisted clients in real estate transactions and related matters; buying and selling businesses; leasing retail, industrial, office and other commercial space (representing landlords and tenants); formulating, negotiating, regulating and enforcing various business contracts and other agreements; litigating disputes when necessary; and more. Julian also practices and possesses substantial experience in the areas of workers' compensation, probate and collections law. Julian is licensed to practice law in Ohio State courts, as well as United States District Courts for the Northern District of Ohio and the Southern District Courts of Ohio, and he is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Columbus Bar Association.
