Jason J. Liss is the Managing Shareholder of Liss + Earls, focusing exclusively on first-party property insurance matters and complex property insurance disputes. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan in 1989 and his J.D. from Wayne State University Law School in 1993. Licensed in Michigan and Ohio, he represents policyholders in claims involving fire damage, explosion losses, water intrusion, business income, and insurance agent negligence. He is a past chairperson of the Insurance Indemnity Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan.
