Hugo Martinez obtained his law degree in Mexico in 2000 and his LL.M. from Washington University in 2006. Admitted by the Missouri Supreme Court in 2010, he has worked with the Federal Public Defender Office and legal services organizations before opening his Kansas City practice dedicated entirely to immigration and traffic matters.
