Contact Elizabeth Phillips

Elizabeth Phillips is a native Rhode Islander practicing law since 2007, licensed in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. She earned her undergraduate degree from Colby College and her law degree from Roger Williams University School of Law. Beth is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Rhode Island Bar Association’s Probate and Trust Committee. Her practice focuses on estate planning, special needs planning, Medicaid planning, probate administration, guardianships, and consumer bankruptcy law.
