Douglas Young is the founder of Young Insurance Law, bringing over thirty years of experience in insurance law. He earned his law degree from Detroit College of Law in 1990. His early career included working as an associate at Plunkett Cooney PC, followed by serving as Assistant General Counsel and Vice President at Meadowbrook Insurance Group. As a former name partner at Wilson Young Costello PLC, he specialized in policyholder representation, coverage disputes, errors and omissions claims, and complex insurance litigation across Michigan, Ohio, and Wisconsin.
