Denice Gierach is a business and estate planning attorney with offices in Naperville and Hoffman Estates, Illinois. She represents family-owned businesses and privately held companies throughout the Chicago metropolitan area. Ms. Gierach holds a law degree, is a certified public accountant, and earned a master’s degree from Northwestern University's Executive Master’s Program. She utilizes her background as both an attorney and a business owner to advise clients on growth, dispute resolution, and succession planning. Additionally, she developed an Outsourced General Counsel program to serve small and mid-sized businesses.
