Della J. Durham is a native Texan who grew up in Coleman, Texas. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from McMurry University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Medical Technology. She subsequently earned her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1997. After beginning her legal career as a staff attorney representing victims of family violence, she worked as an associate attorney practicing primarily bankruptcy law. She now operates her own private practice law firm in Abilene, Texas, continuing to focus on bankruptcy law and debt relief services for consumer and business debtors.
