David S. Morris has exclusively represented tenants since 1983 in security deposit recoveries and other tenant legal matters. He earned significant recognition following the landmark Illinois Supreme Court decision in Lawrence v. Regent Realty, which strengthened tenant protections under the Chicago Residential Landlord and Tenant Ordinance. He handles individual and class action cases, hourly consultations, and federal fair housing matters. He has served as a presenting speaker at Loyola University School of Law and received the Private Service Award from the Metropolitan Tenants Organization.
