Daniel W. Whitney, Sr. is the managing partner of Whitney, LLP in Towson, Maryland. He earned his J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1979 and his B.A. from Drew University in 1976. Mr. Whitney has an extensive background in product liability, clinical laboratory malpractice, medical device and pharmaceutical litigation, and toxic torts, and currently concentrates his practice on representing victims of clinical laboratory malpractice, termite damage claims, and bed bug litigation. He is admitted to multiple state and federal courts.
