Daniel J. Bounds is the founder and Managing Partner of Bounds and Bounds, PLLC in Richmond, Virginia. He leads the firm's litigation, business advisory, and regulatory compliance practice. Before his legal career, he served as a United States Marine Corps Combat Engineer Officer and held private sector roles in operations management. He earned his law degree from Louisiana State University's Paul M. Hebert Law Center, with visiting studies at George Mason University. He is admitted to the Virginia State Bar and federal courts.
