Dan Barrett is an experienced labor and employment attorney representing businesses in workplace-related legal matters. His practice focuses on employment litigation, labor relations, non-competition and trade secret matters, employment contracts, wage and hour compliance, OSHA defense, discrimination claims, workplace policies, and severance agreements. He is the author of North Carolina Employment Law and a past Chairman of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the North Carolina Bar Association. Dan has also been active in public service, including serving in the North Carolina State Senate.
