Carlos H. Ochoa earned his B.B.A. in Finance from St. Edward's University in 1988 and his Juris Doctor from The University of Oklahoma in 1991. Licensed in Texas, he has served clients in the Rio Grande Valley for nearly 30 years, focusing on family law, divorce proceedings, mediation, and adoptions. He is a fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, has been featured in the American Bar Journal, and also serves as a municipal judge in McAllen, Texas.
