Carlos A. Saavedra has been practicing law in the Chicago area since 1983. In 1990, he established his own law firm located in Evanston, Illinois. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, participating in several Section Councils including Trusts Estates, Elder Law, Federal Taxation, State Local Taxation, and Real Estate.
