Brian D. Spitz is the founding and managing partner of Spitz, The Employee's Law Firm. He represents workers in employment discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and federal civil rights cases under Title VII and Ohio law. Spitz earned his Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1997. He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and state and federal courts throughout Ohio, devoting his practice entirely to advocating for employee rights.
