Brad Banias is the founder of Banias Law, LLC in Charleston, South Carolina. He focuses his practice on federal court immigration litigation, challenging unreasonable delays, arbitrary denials, unlawful removal orders, and illegal detention. Brad previously worked as a trial attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Immigration Litigation District Court Section and teaches immigration law courses at the Charleston School of Law. He is admitted to practice in South Carolina.
