Contact Bill Hulsey

Bill Hulsey is the founder and a patent attorney at the firm. He began his professional career as a nuclear engineering-trained U.S. Navy submarine officer and later obtained degrees and licenses to serve as a patent attorney registered before the USPTO. Mr. Hulsey has prosecuted thousands of U.S. and foreign patents across technical fields including energy, aerospace, and e-commerce. He earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University and a Master's Degree in Economics from the University of Virginia.
