Benjamin Petty is a shareholder and director whose practice areas include business litigation, insurance defense, representation of public entities, real estate litigation, labor and employment law, estate planning, and probates. He obtained undergraduate and graduate degrees in music theory and voice from Belmont University and the University of Oklahoma before earning his J.D. from Texas Tech University in 2016. He is licensed in state and federal courts in Texas and moved to the Permian Basin in 2018.
